Schnell started the process of digitisation by undertaking a detailed study of client’s business processes and came up with a bespoke solution which integrated workflow, OCR and a smart mobile app.
Schnell took the agile development approach to ensure participation from business users and end clients. To test the OCR solution accuracy, Schnell developed a prototype which was tested against 15 days of live data with 90% accuracy.
The fully integrated solution developed by Schnell not only helped the client automate and integrate data exchange internally but also enabled real-time data exchange with their customers, resulting in a saving of 200+ man days of effort per annum.
Schnell’s on-time and to budget delivery helped it win 2 further projects and acquires trusted IT partner status.
